She took the time to really understand my hair type, my concerns, and what I was hoping to achieve. The whole process was smooth and thorough - no rushed steps, just a careful attention to detail that really made a difference. I was really impressed by how professional and friendly Lady was throughout the entire process. She made sure to explain every step and answered all my questions, which made me feel completely comfortable. Unlike other salons where they charge a fortune and still end up causing damage, her approach was all about protecting the integrity of my hair while still achieving flawless results. I walked out of there not only with perfectly straight hair but also feeling confident that my hair was in great condition. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, care, and a warm, welcoming attitude .

Thenushi J Shashika did such a great job getting me, my sister and my mom ready for a wedding event recently. We have returned to her for a variety of services ever since and she is always professional, courteous and really good at her craft. Would recommend her for any beauty and aesthetician services!
