My fast metabolism made it difficult for me to gain weight before I started training with her and no matter what I did, it didnt work. At first I was very insecure about my body since I was so thin, but over time I have managed to gain healthy weight and both I and those around me have noticed a significant improvement. She has not only helped me physically but also mentally. I feel like my body has never looked better and I have more confidence for the first time in my life all because of Sophia! She is a great listener as well and I couldnt have done it without her. 1000% recommend her.
