Gráinne McC Aman is fantastic at threading and eyebrow shaping. She is so precise, quick and has a really lovely personality. I even trusted her enough to get my eyebrows tattooed and love the definition they have given my face. I would highly recommend here above other places in the neighbourhood.

Jemma Lade My first visit I had such a noticeable improvement in my skin, my pores looked half their usual size. Naomi, my dermal nurse, is so knowledgeable and helpful. I loved that she only recommended me products that were missing from my routine and not a whole new routine. I’ve been going for a couple of months now and I love the experience and results

Lamemamabear Sonja Very little English. Husband bought through Groupon, and called to ask if we can organized 3 facials at the same time. On the phone, instead of asking for clarifications, she just replied “yes, yes..” to all. But on the day, we rocked up, there’s only 1 facial at a time… that was super frustrating, as we were wanting to do something together with my sisters, if we knew we could have gone somewhere else. I did the facial, and my sisters went for walks … The facial techniques and style was different from what I’ve experienced, i personally liked it and thought it was good.

Bria C Would never use these services again. The girl with the long dark hair on the website gave me a consultation. She looked nervous and sometimes sounded unsure of what she was trying to sell. Displayed no real confidence. She went on and on and on and at the end told me she didnt have the products that would be suitable for my skin. I lost interest the first 5 minutes in . I was seated in reception again and handed a sparkling water . No glass , no straw. I was taken upstairs where I waited 15 minutes for someone while the girls chit chatted downstairs. I had to call out to them to remind them I was there. Then another girl came upstairs and talked blah , blah again. I finally got to the room where Id booked a small facial. Whilst I layed down and the girl did the treatment , not once did she explain what she was doing and what product she was using. Slip slap and I was done. As part of the facial price I was to be given a skin analysis in the machine but the machine was not working. Since then no one has touched base to ask me if Id like to still receive this service which I payed for. The reception of the buisness is very modern , the toilet area is disgusting and the service was not there. I think all the girls assume that their Kardashian look alike dress sense will win the customers ??? Being presentable is a must in any buisness but you have to supply the goods. I think they are all too focused on their appearance which is a bit night clubby instead of what people walk into the buisness for. Friendly girls but not a beauty buisness that I would recommend.

sanraj kaur I recently visited Wink Brow & Lash Hub for threading, and I must say, I’m impressed! The staff was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They listened to my preferences and shaped my brows perfectly, enhancing my natural features. The salon is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, which added to the positive experience. Allie N This place is incredible. The service is what makes them better than wherever else I go in South Yarra. I feel like I get the VIP treatment every single time. Mary does an amazing waxing job, and Julia’s facials make you feel as if you magically landed into an oasis. Their experience with skin and beauty is evident. I get my tanning done here, super affordable and great tan all over the body. My skin is always looking radiant and hydrated. There is such a range of facials to choose from. Love a quick steam and clean but crave the hydrating facials. Thank you Mary and Julia!

Emily Fletcher Absolutely in love with my lashes! I got a refill of my hybrid set, and they turned out exactly how I wanted—natural, wispy and perfectly suited to my eye shape. The lash artist was so gentle throughout the process, making it such a relaxing experience. I can confidently say this is now my go-to lash place. Highly recommend for anyone looking for flawless, long-lasting lashes!

Pamela Hickey Itty bitty beauty room is definitely the latest gem in South Yarra. I travel from Moorabbin for her services as Brooke is so professional and does the best job. Her room is the cutest and her prices are very reasonable for the area. Parking is convenient with the Como centre and vogue plaza around the corner. Her waxing is pretty much painless, eyelash tint turns out lovely and her manicure pedicure is the best, she really takes her time and is a perfectionist. I recommend Itty Bitty Beauty Room to all my friends.

AiNe eNiA First time here, and won’t be the last. I specifically requested a style from a previous client and they walked me through the process to the result I expected, lovely nails, professional staff and comfy facility. Fair price for what you get, quality is good after a week, and surely will last another one. It tends to get busy so better to reserve in advance, but I saw walk in were welcomed too. Bonus point for their mascot, such a sweet and wonderful dog!

Lori Culbert I’ve been getting my nails done at Twinkle for a while now, and I’m always impressed! The entire team is so lovely and incredibly talented at bringing my vision to life. It’s the only place I’ll go for my nails!

Becca Torrington The best nail salon in the inner East! Ive been to just about every nail salon in the area and Tams is a tier above them all. Tam and the team were so friendly, efficient and gave a level of care I have never received anywhere else. All tools and workstations were clean and the shop didnt smell of acetone like most salons. Tam helped suggest length and colour, Im so glad I took the advice as Im obsessed with the natural look for the Gel X nails. Nearly everyone who entered, Tam either knew their name or their usual polish colour. You can tell they genuinely care for their work and clients. Thank you again for your incredible service, this is the only spot to go to!

Elizabeth Brindarova Stopped in without an appointment and was so happy that they were able to take me right away. The owner in the front (Ni???) did my dip and not only did she do an amazing job, I truly enjoyed our fun little chat. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and even after traveling across the world, and more than 4 weeks later, my nails are still going strong! I highly recommend and wished I lived closer as I am well overdue. Next time I’m in Melbourne, I’ll definitely be back :)

Claudia Katrine Quite disappointed with my first experience here yesterday as the reviews all raved about it. I went in to trial a style for my wedding and asked for a reverse French tip with gold, even went out of my way to say if it was too difficult to let me know. The chrome obviously leaked out and one whole hand looks awful with the chrome bleeding out. I was of course charged $20 extra for a style that wasn’t done well and pretended like it didn’t happen. The lady also forgot to do my cuticles despite asking for a manicure when I walked in and by the time I asked it was too late to do them so essentially was charged $85 for acrylic with no cuticles done and a French tip that didn’t work. Obviously won’t be going here for my bridal nails, very disappointed.

merina gurung I am in love with their service! Just rocked up after work around 5 pm , didn’t have to wait at all. Hannah did my nails with precision and care. I was super indecisive of the colour but Hannah was very kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend. The pricing was quite fair too.

Tian Tsui I had a lash lift and tint today. It was my first time getting my lash done here. Given I have very stubborn short Asian lashes, the lady did an amazing job on my lashes. It looks like I have natural falsies on. Super curly and lifted ! The store is stunning and is at a great buzzing location.

Renae Leith-Manos This stunning beauty salon is one of Melbournes most professional yet relaxed. They are licensed so you can drink champagne whilst being pampered. There are 40 work stations for tanning, manicures, make-up, facials, and more. The staff are professional and kind and know what they are doing. I had my makeup done and it was breath taking. I looked 10 years younger! Such a sensational place to walk out feeling beautiful. Love it here.
