Aidan Bond I booked in for my tax return,as I have used these guys for many years now.once my return was completed,I requested to have the appointment paid from my return.I was told it was a headache for the tax agent and asked when I got paid,which was the next week.I was told I could pay over the phone and I would receive my return in 6-7 business days.I have been waiting 11 business days as I write this and my tax was not lodged until 4 days ago.I was not told my return would be delayed if I paid later,or else I would have organised for payment on that day.I have overdue bills as a result of this disgraceful act.I will not be using this company for my tax return any longer and suggested to family and friends I have previously referred to do the same.

Tintu Thomas The worst experience we ever had.We had issues post the tax return, for two consecutive years, which we had to resolve ourselves. Would never recommend.. Thanks for the typical reply. As you mentioned on the reply We had no wish other than applying for the tax return. Please note the point that all our issues were caused by your negligence. Do you have any explanation on missing out on one of the payment summaries even though it was provided to you at the time of tax return process.
