A A Whilst previously have been excellent to deal with, this year they have really dropped the ball. Contacting us via an old email address (despite contacting them numerous to update) and loosing our bank account details (despite updated details being sent via email and used the year prior). Very frustrated that simple requests were not actioned. Left us feeling like they no longer care about the small fish. Will be moving.
