MzCrz I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the Curves Family. I go after work and just join the circuit and get my complete workout with a minimum of fuss. The machines at Curves have all been placed into position to give the body a scientifically balanced workout, and I love the fact I dont have to think about what I should do next, as in a normal gym.

SKYE STAR Best Gym Ive ever joined members are welcoming and helpful the staff are motivated and highly qualified in their deliverance of information in nutrition ,motivation and the correct technique of each circuit machine. I feel safe and totally comfortable joining this gym and community of healthy happy woman. The music is great and the classes are fun and effective in transforming my body shape all with in these 30 min designed circuit classes. Proud to be a member of this gym.
