The studio is stunning and has such a great atmosphere, it leaves you feeling so refreshed and in a different headspace from when you walked in. Can’t speak highly enough of Potentia!

Franne Holowko I have been a member of Templestowe Jetts for 2 years and have seen continuous improvement to the gym in the way of a total inside renovation including all new equipment, bathrooms upgraded, lockable, secure lockers and a focus on health and fitness whatever fitness or age members are. Now even a fresh fruit bowl available. The atmosphere is one of inclusiveness and welcoming.

Xintong Li I came in with a very stiff neck after sleeping badly, which only got worse over two days. William treated me and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He is very friendly, easy to chat to, and extremely professional. In addition to the massage, he took the time to explain the reason behind my pain, gave me exercises to help recovery, and even suggested how I could adjust my workstation for a healthier setup. After just two sessions I already feel much better. Before my second session, I developed some on-and-off pain again, which he explained clearly and treated with massage — the pain was completely gone afterwards. I left feeling both relaxed and reassured. Highly recommend William for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring physio!

Andrew Ford Great basketball stadium for the kids to play in. Plenty of seating in the small bleacher stand. Only problem is it’s hard to see the score board from there as the ring blocks your view. They have a drinks machine but no water taps to refill your water bottles so come prepared. The parking is pretty tight but plenty in the shopping strip next door and the cafes and ice cream shop is walking distance which is convenient.

Lynn My son has made excellent progress since joining the swimming school around 2 years ago, thanks to Jo and the team’s fantastic swim program, professional coaching and friendly services as always. Clean facilities, experienced instructors and friendly staff. The school is dedicated to swimming lessons and focuses on small classes and relationships between children and the teachers. Highly recommend the school! Keep up the good work Jo and the team. Thanks for everything!

maryam jahangirian Last year, I was very happy with the classes and truly appreciated the quality of instruction. However, this year the Friday classes have been quite inconsistent. On several occasions, both of my daughters, who are at different levels, were placed with the same instructor in the pool. This has affected the quality of the lessons and made it difficult for them to progress properly.

Amit Das Tucked away, off James Street behind Jetts, on the upper level. Great facilities with excellent equipment (Hammer Strength) plus every attachment and bar imaginable. Not too busy, so you can workout without waiting for any machines. Plenty of free parking outside the gym.

Sarah Torres I absolutely love the group classes here! I feel really comfortable and there’s definitely no awkward vibes or judgement at this facility. Everyone is so friendly and nice! I’m relatively new to weight training so I’ve also just started PT sessions at the EQ gym. The gym looks tidy and well-kept. I’d describe it as a boutique style gym - not too big and intimidating.

Lyne Strmecki I highly recommend this to anybody who has been struggling with aches & pains. I have had amazing results in increasing strength and reducing body aches over the past year. Invest in yourself and enable your body to perform at its best.

Wong Mark Really well thought out gym equipment. The only thing that is missing is a large shade over this area and some benches to sit on for resting. Not much use if its too sunny or raining.
