sakina nanaz I am quite surprised by some of the negative reviews regarding customer service, I have been a member of this gym for approximately two months, and my experience has been entirely positive. The reception staff are consistently courteous, professional, and welcoming. The manager also demonstrated excellent professionalism and handled a situation with great care and efficiency. Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of service and the atmosphere at this gym.

James Peterson I used to train here years ago, and even back then, the place had major issues. Talking to family who still go (only because they’re locked into contracts), it sounds like nothing has changed. The management still hides behind policies, the staff act like they’re doing you a favour just by talking to you, and the whole environment feels tense and unwelcoming.
What really gets me is how little they care about members. There’s zero professionalism — you raise a concern and it gets brushed off. The cleaner’s behaviour has made multiple people uncomfortable, yet management seems to ignore it completely.
It’s also no surprise they were investigated by Consumer Affairs Victoria years ago for dodgy membership practices. Honestly, the culture feels the same now — all about trapping people into payments, not building a community.
They’ll probably reply to this review trying to shame or discredit me like they’ve done to others instead of owning their mistakes. That’s their pattern.
I left years ago and haven’t looked back. The best decision I ever made was walking out of this place.
