Kasey Mita The manager of this place, Marcus, shows an impeccable attention to detail and tremendous amount of care towards this gym. All of my questions were answered and he made me feel like family as soon as we first spoke. I have not experienced this type of care and warmth from any other gym here in Melbourne. Marcus clearly knows a ton about health and fitness and it’s very reassuring to have a gym manager that is so knowledgeable and approachable.

Michelle Iarive Great classes with very friendly knowledgeable trainers and has a community feel. Every class/excersize can be tailored to suit anyone. Love that you are training with other parents who can relate to you on a personal level as well as share a love of excersize.

Tommy Hopkins Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Needed a location to rehab after a shoulder injury, so gave Fit For Life a try. Laura and Johnno are so welcoming and knowledgeable. Their staff are fun and great to train with . They have built a wonderful community and a have a friendly bunch to train alongside. I can only do evenings , which are a great mix of cardio and weight sessions. I haven’t done the same session twice. Great mix. Saturday morning is this best, with around 30 people in a class and a combination of weights and cardio. Great way to start the weekend. They do a 7 day trial so come and give it a crack. Tommy
