The results have been outstanding—my son has shown remarkable improvement, which was evident when he won a medal at the recent Swimming Victoria State Age Competition. The program is truly data-driven, with a strong focus on measurable progress and performance. The inclusion of plyometrics has really helped boost his athleticism and confidence.
What stands out most is the incredibly positive environment. The staff are not only knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely friendly and supportive. The athletes themselves are welcoming, making it a great place for kids to train, grow, and make friends. Andrea Bird I am “more mature” in age and have only been going to YAH for 4 weeks with a view to recovering from major shoulder injuries in order that I can get back to playing basketball again. I have just played and the difference is remarkable. I was able to run for much longer, have increased confidence in my body strength and played much better than I have in a long time. I also actually feel much better afterwards. So, thank you Nick, the results have surpassed my expectations, I would highly recommend anyone considering joining to check it out
