I really appreciate the variances to each exercise that allow you to sit back and take it easy or push yourself if you’re feeling up to it! A calm and welcoming space with friendly instructors.

Mel provided me with the space to let go of a lot of energy that has clogged my body for a long time. Mel made me feel so safe, validated, and she understood my needs without me having to explain too much. Her gentle touch, her calming voice and her relaxed presence was exactly what I needed to recognise and shift my barriers. For the first time in years I drove home from the appointment in pure silence. Something that I felt I could not do as I always have background noise or a podcast or music playing. Thank you Mel. Amy Leeks My favourite Pilates studio in Melbourne! Val who runs it really knows her stuff. She is super skilled in adapting classes to suit your body’s needs and the studio itself is gorgeous- elevated and full of natural light. All the teachers here are amazing. Highly recommended!!!

They tailor the training to each person and most importantly they make sure its not boring. Sharni is absolute gold and has saved me thousands of dollars in shoulder injections (not to mention pain) by tailoring my workout to support my injury and ultimately repair it. Located in Parkdale but worth the drive if you are Bayside.

Kerbray A small outdoor gym located within the reserve. There are several car parks located nearby, and plenty of grass area for sports, adjacent to an off-leash dog park. The outdoor gym mostly contains bar equipment for pull-ups, monkey bars and step overs.
