Kristina T First time coming here, found them on google. Had great reviews already. I needed a spray tan for a wedding however I’m unlucky and have a nut allergy so was slightly concerned about tanning solutions they had. Both the girls who run the place.. above and beyond. Messaged me every ingredient in the tan they’d use on me. I was so grateful and gave me such peace of mind. I saw them tonight and they are so lovely and so kind, the tan is looking great already. Can’t wait to see how it turns out. Will definitely be going back here! Highly recommend xxx

Mike Curry Steph is a master of waxing. Impeccable brows and nape waxing I always leave looking and feeling like a million dollars. Steph puts you at ease and always a good laugh at her stories. Will definitely be coming back. Also check out the seasonal gifts at the front of the shop!

Bella D & T is a hidden gem in skin care specializing in south east Melbourne. Dinushka has an extensive knowledge and passion for the skin. She wouldnt just oversell the product but rather provide a best possible option for your skincare. I have been seeing her for almost 1 year and my skin has gotten so many compliments. I have stubborn eyelashes, and we have found the right rod for my eyelash length and testing out new options. For a small business, she always wants to make sure the customer has a good experience. I had my make up done by Jess and one word was phenomenal! I provided some photos for inspiration and we worked together on the options to match my outfit and vibe for the day. Everyone who attended the party commented and loved my makeup, it was a beautiful sunrise glow that lasted all done despite running around setting up for the day. She has such passion in makeup and it is so evident in the look she created for me. I will be back!

I choose to park at the bottom of the driveway because I enjoying admiring the view when I walk up to meet a warm & smiling Helen. The energy of this place is unique. No commercial spas will ever match this. Helen always uses quality oils on my skin. She takes time to have a little chat & we share some wisdom on life. She always gets me so relaxed that I hear myself snoring. When the hour is over. I always wish for more. I trust her energy, honesty, kindness & integrity. That’s why I keep going back. I highly recommend Mahi Spa. My favourite place to get a massage.

Esra Yesil Great location and environment. Unfortunately the process wasnt fully provided. I was lead to believe a full body message and scrub but was only scrubed lightly and just the top few areas. Like no side and missed few areas. Like she didnt get into it. It was like my little daugther trying to scrub me.Which is disappointing as I payed well over 300 for this. Dont get me wrong it was relaxing but not 300 worth. Just felt like I didnt get the full service I payed for.

Alana Houston Put my BLEEDING finger in acetone. Unnecessarily filed past the SNS, into my nails. Left me with a ring on fire on each and drilled into my cuticles even though there was plenty of space to avoid it. Her technique was appalling, drilling the same spot of bare nail on the right side of every nail until I flinched from the horrible burning, and leaving some SNS behind on the left. She CUT my pink right at the cuticle, which is a sensitive area, and as I am ACTIVELY BLEEDING, kept putting my hands into a bowl of Acetone. I told her it hurt and she ignored me until I was actively CRYING in the middle of the salon and one of the other ladies had to tell her to apologise. She reluctantly said Sorry with ZERO emotion, consideration, regret or sympathy. Then had such a terrible attitude like my crying was this terrible inconvenience to her. They continuously tried to soak that pinky in acetone until I couldnt take it anymore She had to audacity to say it was MY FAULT she cut me because I supposedly flinched, which didnt happen until she had cut through my skin. I wasnt offered ANY compensation or first aid. A different lady who was much kinder had to finish up, and although she didnt do any further damage, cut my nails too quickly so they ended up uneven and with very touch jagged edges which I had to fix up at home since I couldnt bear to stay a moment longer. The staff clearly has an attitude that it is always the customers fault when they do something wrong. The way I was treated here was disgusting and I will be expecting a refund. Edit (8/04/25): Its been 2 months now, my nails have only half recovered and Ive still not heard back from them. They dont care about you, just making a quick buck

Jorja A Incredible service! I went in to get sns on nails and a pedicure done and I have never seen so much time and care taken when going into a salon. My bestfriend who is getting married and her mum were with me and we all said what an incredible job they did on all 3 of us! They were so patient and precise and ensured we were all happy before leaving the salon and so very accomodating in making the bride to be comfortable and happy! Great service and great people! Definitely will be back ! :)

Carl Jacobson My wife arrived 15 minutes late due to roadworks and as soon as she walked in the owner was extremely rude yelling "your late so we cant do your nails for another hour". Well this lady needs a few lessons in politeness and less in rudeness! Keep your attitude in Vietnam if thats the way you want to run your business. Wont work here. Been a customer here a few times and always felt uneasy about their attitude but gave the benefit of the doubt. Reading all the reviews Im not the only one to experience of this woman. Lots of places to for nails with good service so will not be back here ever!!!. Suggest all do the same.

I was worried about getting my nails done due to a previous salon giving me an infection & she reassured me and made me feel comfortable. The salon was clean, the staff were lovely & the services were a 10/10. Highly recommend.

Emily Burns Wonderful customer service! I actually had some of my shellac start cracking within 24hrs, so I sent a message and asked. They sent the most wonderful response on boxing day - a public holiday! - inviting me back the next day to fix it. Theyve done a beautiful job, and Im really thankful for their willingness to fix it and really nice message in response. They are lovely with great experience and so a great job.

Charli Milner At the end of the service tried to charge extra. Then yelled at my friend and I for questioning why, they told us it was our fault despite it being a lack of communication between staff. They made out to other customers we were wanting to leave without paying, which in fact wasn’t the case. I have never been spoken to so rudely and had someone made me feel so embarrassed. The way we were spoken to was disgusting. The end result was poor quality.
