Anny I got my eyebrows threaded here for the first time today at around 12pm and the lady was lovely and friendly, she did a really good job and took her time to make sure i liked it although there was people waiting she didnt rush the service. Probably the best service Ive received around the area and will be back again :)

Was waiting in line like normal customers do & the worker that was working todays shift 29th March at 2:44pm she decided to skip me and do her friend who just walked in. Told me to take a seat in the chair and went and did her friend. So I left and went to another beauty salon and spent $$ who treat customers fairly.

Monique Came in for a brow thread and tint ($25 total) the service was going well the lady that was threading my brows was lovely. When it came to the tint she recommended I try the henna option instead as she said she favoured the henna insisting it was better. I agreed, she didnt tell me that it was an extra charge. When it came to paying she charged me $50 plus surcharge. Literally double the price I was expecting. I reminded her I only had a brow and tint, she said yeah the henna is extra. Not nice to scam your customers. Wont be back or recommending your salons after that performance.

Phoebe Breitkopf I recently visited the lounge beauty and had an incredibly disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. During my visit, I was criticised for my clothing choice by a staff member and the way it was delivered was not only unprofessional but it also felt deeply disrespectful. Instead of focusing on customer service I was subjected to a condescending remark that implied I look homeless. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable in any setting especially where the expectation is to provide a welcoming environment for patrons. Its disheartening to see such rudeness especially toward someone who was just there to get eyelash extensions. I believe no one should have to face criticism or judgement for their appearance and this interaction left me feeling very unwelcome and uncomfortable. This type of matter really taints the reputation of the lounge beauty and based off this experience, I cannot recommend this place to others and will not be returning. I have read the other reviews and the negative ones have been replied with a sorry for the inconvenience, but let me be the one who is sorry for the inconvenience.

pamela Yasumi was fantastic! She did my trial and without me going into any details she already knew what look would be great on me. A few days before the actual wedding day she messaged to confirm time etc.. and then sent some beautiful texts reassuring me that she had it all under control. Coz that is exactly what you want to hear. My look was perfect on the day and she made sure my dress and veil as well as my hair was all perfect before she left. She did my mum too who was so happy with her look. She stuck around to help with a few photo props and made sure everything was perfect for the pics. She was extremely easy and friendly to deal with. Very personable and warm. Most importantly her prices are very reasonable and affordable.

waddy Waddy My review is simple and honest. I went to Essential Beauty to get my ear pierced and the girls did a fabulous job. They communicated with me and offered me advice as to what the best placement was for my piercing. They calmed my nerves as I was a little unsure about having my ear pierced. Aftercare was also provided to me regarding my piercing and most importantly they informed me that if I had any questions or concerns I was welcome back at any time to speak with them. This also was very reassuring and shows the professionalism of the staff at Essential Beauty Cranbourne. I shall definitely be returning for my future piercings.

The cute gift bag and bravery certificate was such a sweet thing for my daughter to receive. She absolutely loves the bag and teddy and cant wait to show all her friends and teachers at kinder. Shikha Ravindran Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff. Rude and arrogant lady. I went for ear piercing for my little one who is only 4 month old . We were 10 minutes late due to the heavy traffic and rain. The lady said we are late so we need to wait for a while which we did. When we went inside it took longer as they were unable to mark as same on each ears. By the time my little one was upset and started crying. I asked if I can feed my little one and one lady said yes I can . But the arrogant lady came and said I cannot feed her. How dare she could say so? She is not fit for this role at all, doesn’t know how to treat customers or the company hasn’t given her proper training before taking her to this job. I will never ever recommend or go to this place again with such attitude of staff.

Cristin Cortez Got my nails done here today with my sister for the first time. The service was great. They were really nice and welcoming. I would say this is probably the best customer service I’ve experienced in a nail salon. They were really patient with me when I was to trying to choose the colour for my nails. So we will definitely be back! Our nails look great!

Katelyn Rose I don’t think I’ve ever received a more traumatising pedicure in my life if that’s what you’d even call this service, I only had my feet soaking for a maximum of 3 minutes she didn’t shave any dead skin from the bottom of my feet then proceeded to cut my skin around my toes (not the cuticle) resulting in immense pain and then soaked it in a ball of alcohol just to add to my anguish, my toe hurt for days after this service as she had taken so much skin off, had to change lady’s towards the end because she didn’t speak a word of English and proceeded to hurt me. After the service I wasn’t discounted in the slightest I honestly don’t even know why I paid I will never be going back to this salon and I wouldn’t recommend you go anywhere near them!

mariam abadi I’ve been a very loyal customer for a good 2-3 years and at first it was an amazing experience but recently they have been making up their prices on the spot and my most experience was horrible. They made me wait almost 2 hours and at the end we had to end up leaving, at first they told us to come back in 40 minutes but that wasn’t the case when we came back they were serving new customers that have come after us and we ended up having to wait even longer. Don’t understand why they couldn’t just be straight up. Waste of my time.

Natasha Cunningham A bit of a wait due to it being Chinese New Year today however was well worth it. Lovely staff, attentive to what I wanted and very talented! Also lots of reviews I saw prior to going said unreasonable prices I found them to be equal to what I have paid elsewhere for similar quality. To me it’s worth paying to be done right the first time rather than having to go back in a week to get some fixed. Thank you to the ladies for taking me on such a busy day and doing their best to fit in everyone.

Shenae Lazaro Had to go and get my nails taken off 3 days later because it was so painful. They cut 3 of my fingers because they rushed so much. It was very painful and rough. I had glue all over my fingertips, nail polish over each of my fingers, and the nails look like lizard claws. Theyre extremely thick and stick up/lift up.

Andy Malua Worst nail salon that’s needs to be replaced with another. all for the money and not taking care of clients the way they should be. the fact one lady keeps making the same mistakes and won’t take accountability for her mistakes as it has been a mistake that’s been made over several years and just going back today seeing not all staff were present (including our usual eyebrow lady who was recommended and we trust now) I thought I’d just give this lady another chance as people do learn from their mistakes but NOPE! I’m mind blown and so disappointed.

I went there to simply get my nails filed today, she started yelling at me & demanding I pay. Thats when my support worker stepped in, she wouldnt listen to her either. 2nd oldest (blonde)lady is really rough & hurts, rushes the job & just doesnt last.

Danielle Des Brulais I’ve been frequenting this nail salon for nearly a year now and I must say that I’ve never had an experience like the 1 star reviews I see on here. Their nails are always done meticulously and last me easy 5-6 weeks while other salons only last me 2-3 weeks. Best times to go are early morning or during regular work hours, as they tend to fill up quickly. As they should—their work is amazing!

My toe still had dry skin, did not clean it properly my nails were nt cut evenly. Whats even worst after complaining they were talking in their own languange which is very disrespectful.

First of all, the lady rushed through my nails leaving the acrylic lumpy and uneven, she also missed half my nails, secondly, she rushed through the nail painting process which led to me having uncured gel polish beneath the cured top coat that bubbled and begun peeling off just over a week later. Definitely not impressed.
