Lanie Moni is an expert hairdresser who has cut my own hair as well as my 9yo son and 12yo daughter’s hair. We all have quite different hair types - mine is very long and curly/wavy with a tendency to frizz and my son’s is thick and curly. Moni is great at listening to clients and really understanding what they want before starting. She is REALLY good with kids. Moni also did an exquisite job styling my hair for an event recently and I was so happy!

Anne Jasinski I wanted to treat myself to a pedicure before my daughter’s wedding. This was carried out by Tina. The whole experience was rushed. I paid for shellac nails, but these started to peel off within a week. Tina doesn’t communicate, she just yanks the feet instead of asking the customer to move as required. Overall a total waste of money and an unpleasant experience.

net Miss Nails did a wonderful pedicure and manicure for both me and my mum in preparation for my wedding day! We are really happy with our nails and appreciate the lovely ladies who took a lot of care and effort in doing our nails. Everyone is so friendly and we enjoyed chatting with everyone while getting our nails done. 11 out of 10 and 5 stars!

Girlfriend had a pedicure with 4 tips applied, also extremely happy with results. Ladies are super friendly & actually take the time to go thru colour choices. Defiantly a hidden gem!

It was so quick and easy also, I have been a few places that make me feel awkward as I am curvy, but these lovely ladies made me feel very comfortable. I stupidly moisturised beforehand and they re-booked me for the next day as I was the bride and they didnt want to risk it being patchy, which I very much appreciated, and I wont be making that mistake again!

María José Valencia If you are going to cancel an appointment, try harder when reaching out to your customers. SMS, email, picking up the phone when someone calls to your shop, instead of blaming me bc I don’t have a voicemail enabled. Pretty quick to take my money but pretty slow to sort out problems. They can’t refund you or provide proof of refund but you just gotta wait an undetermined amount of days and if you don’t get it, the shop suggests to call and inquire, however, they don’t pick up the phone and so on… annoying and not serious.

L my sister asked for a full head of foils to walk out orange. They said they did a toner which coasted $90 and she has left like this. They would not refund or fix her hair. She had half her hair in foils for 20-30 mins and left her while they tented to another client. They blame it on the black box dye she initially had but they didn’t bother to do a test strand prier to doing her whole head. Before getting this she had a 1/3 head of foils done before this at another salon and it was blonde and turned out very good so why did this go all orange.when I took her back they did not cooperate and was not willing to refund or fix her hair. Very disappointing. If I could give it a 0 star I would.

Kinley Yangchen I requested a butterfly haircut with the expectation that my hair would be layered evenly throughout, while maintaining the same overall length. Unfortunately, the stylist only cut the front portion of my hair and didn’t touch the back at all. I was charged $49, which I would have had no issue paying if the service had met my expectations. However, the result left me disappointed and regretful for choosing this salon.

Jeny John I had an amazing experience here. I got a layered cut and chocolate brown highlights, and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. Shijo understood my vision perfectly and checked in throughout the process to make sure everything was on point. The results were fantastic! Highly recommend!

Macey Monday Horrible/terrible experience. I wouldnt want to put this out there but my eyes is still sting from the Lash lift I had here. Originally, I have my own lash tech but were unable to accommodate me today. Since Im flying to Sydney tomorrow, I found someone who can do it and just close distance. Little did I know if have the worse experience in lash lift in my life. The process, the way my lashes were pulled, the way they wash my lashes unbelievably didnt expect this. My eyes were burning from the process and after I was done, my eye lid were swollen. The explanation they have was because it is hot and that the chemicals are reacting then my skin is sensitive. Ive had multiple lash lift before and I can tell you, this is such wrong process, wrong chemicals.. its so bad.. not going to recommend this. Worse case beside paying for the pain my lashes is not as lifted as what my lash tech would do. I also had to stay home from my eyes stinging and had to cancel all my evening plans.. unbelievable!

Pankhuri Sharma PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON!!! The worst salon ever!! They bleach burnt my scalp and it has been 2 years, still not recovered. The staff went out for a break after putting the bleach on and came back after 1 hour. I had to call them multiple times to wash my hair. My hair follicles have been damaged and my scalp looks absolutely disgusting. The salon offered 1 free treatment after lots and lots of fighting. Do not visit this salon and save your hair!! Update: been 3 years, my scalp swells up everytime I wash my hair and it has caused a very serious skin condition and I can never get my hair coloured again. It is only getting worse with time.

Anna Edele I got a shellac manicure, their technique was horrible and my nails started lifting and chipping within a week of getting them done. One of my nails broke in half because of the poor application after i had been growing them out for months. To top it all off the poor application gave me rings of fire on all my nails. Now not only have to go and get the gel removed, I will also have to clip all my nails short and completely start over. VERY disappointed.

Belle I phoned up and made an appointment as a new client for eyelash extensions. When I turned up for the appointment at the booked time the shop was closed. Nobody there. No phone call to me to cancel, reschedule or explain why. No eyelashes. No customer service. Therefore 1 star review. I will take my business elsewhere.
