Sarika Garg My family and I have been visiting Mirrors salon for over an year by now mostly for haircuts and hair colour. Sarita and Deep are very friendly, experienced and consistently awesome with their work. I love the fact that they so patiently do their job and not rush it. I got keratin done on my hair from them recently and I loved it! I also got balayage done on my hair from them last year and the my hair colour turned out so fantastic that I’ve got it done again this year. I was even more impressed this time and I got so many compliments from family, friends and work colleagues on my hair colour. I am definitely a return customer and I would recommend them to everyone to at least give them a try!

srisha n I had a haircut here a while ago and requested long layers and curtain bangs. While the layers were cut decently, the bangs seemed to have been cut haphazardly. I understand that my thick hair might be challenging to work with, but I believe that hairdressers should know not to cut too much hair for the bangs, as it can weigh them down, even with styling. It appeared that the stylist had a good understanding of hair, but it was disappointing to see minimal effort made to accommodate my specific hair type. Additionally, they styled my hair without asking if I wanted it styled, so while it looked good initially, the style didnt last more than 10 seconds after I left the salon. Ultimately, I was charged $80 for a haircut with so-so layers and poorly executed bangs. didn’t even look like the reference picture that i showed… don’t come here if you are new and if you do definitely speak up and make sure you get what you payed for. (reply) this is not a fake review if you search up my name Srisha Nidavarru you would definitely be able to find it. But like i mentioned this was a while ago, specifically around mid september 2024. I just want to say that it wasn’t a bad haircut it just was not what i asked for and I never wanted a styling which i’m pretty sure resulted in the final pricing to be 80 dollars. Just next time don’t take advantage of those who seem timid or shy and openly communicate with what services they exactly want and how everything should be specifically. I should not have had to pay 80 dollars for a subpar haircut. You have a lot of customers that love your services i can see, but make sure you are more open and honest to even one time customers.

Jasmine Shams I went to Myra for a Hifu facial treatment. The Result was fabulous. I never believed in Hifu and I only thought Botax or surgery is the only way for rejuvenation and youthful face. Sarah Davis Myself and my 16 year old daughter have been to Myra Beauty a few times now and I would never consider going anywhere else. My daughter has been treated for acne scaring and after just 2 treatments I would say 90% is gone and she is so much happier and confident within herself. She will do 1 more treatment for the scaring but I will continue to send her to Myra Beauty just so she can have beautiful healthy skin for a long time to come. I have been for a few skin treatments myself at Myra Beauty and my skin always looks amazing. Myra Beauty is the first place I have been to for face treatments where I actually see a difference. When I come back to the second session, she asked money. I was wondering and I explained to her. She said she doesnt do free session and got money. So I felt bit disappointed and not going again.

Chevy Rose I have gotten my nails done here multiple times and normally love it. However I cant help but feel due to my late appointment time, an hour before closing, that they were rushed. As you can see in the photo, the French tip is see-through. Possibly another coat or two could have fixed this. The person doing my nails did ask me twice if it was okay, but it was getting late & I had just come from work & didnt think they would have had time to fix it. Would normally give 5/5 but today is 3/5. Despite this review, I do think Ill be returning due to all the other times Ive been, theyve done a great job.

Heart Compass I have been going to the salon regularly since they opened a couple of years ago, staff are always friendly and accommodating. Ann is totally amazing and ensures perfection every time. I try to make an appointment and I rarely wait. As a public speaker, I am always getting people commenting on my nails and how great they look - photos never really do their fabulous work justice.

Unlike other nail shops they wear gloves and have a uniform, more hygienic They have a lot more colors for shellac but some cost extra But they were chipping easily like in days, i don’t think it was good quality which is a shame as it was slightly more expensive than other shops i did it in

I felt hesitant not knowing if anything could be done however Cathy was absolutely brilliant, a true professional, would not hesitate in recommending Cathy to family and friends. The salon is amazing, tastefully decorated and clean.

Jorja Beaine I never leave reviews but I feel I need to after my experience at today. I had my eyebrows threaded and now they are RUINED. I have an eyebrow tattoo that is very easy to follow. The woman working today took off so much of my eyebrow you can now see all of my tattoo. No one has ever done this to my eyebrows in the past 2 years I’ve had my brows tattooed. I’m so disappointed and this will take a long time to grow back.

Shelby Moller I never leave reviews but my experience at this salon was poor and thats being kind. The customer service was rude and snappy at me, and kept pulling my arm instead of asking me to move forward My nails look like bubbles. They gave me the wrong colour at the beginning and then didnt listen to me when I asked to change it. I sadly wouldnt recommend this salon.

Dolce Jones Wish I had read previous reviews, but I am a regular here and normally have a good experience but my previous visit will be the last. I usually get normal nail polish, while my three other family members get their shellac, sns and gels. I stick with normal polish because shellac and sns really thin out my nails and I normally change the colour on a weekly basis anyway. The lady who did my nails kept pushing for me to get shellac and said it out loud twice with the rest of the customers turning and looking at me despite me telling her why I prefer normal polish. The salon was full by the way. After I refused shellac, it all went downhill. She rushed putting on the polish and did not even put a base coat. She said its not required for normal polish. I am pretty sure I have had base coats in all my manicures. She then put the polish in a chunk which made it have little blobs of polish closer to the edges and when I pointed this to her, she said because you dont keep your fingers straight and pulled my finger straight. The polish had not even dried before she put on the top coat, again putting too much of it to a point where I thought she wanted it to smudge so she can be proven right. Some of the nails she shaped squoval and some a dead set square. During the whole process I didnt see this until she painted them. Before I could ask her to make it the same, she rushed out of the shop - guess on her lunch break or something. I ended up buying polish and remover from Chemist Warehouse and doing it myself at home for the function that night. They are not open to feedback either and make you feel crap if you say something or dont like something. I have had such good experience here previously but will now take my business, my mum, my sister and my niece across to the one in the Town Centre. Sorry Hannah but youve lost my business.

Kim Kile Had a 11am appointment and was left waiting for over an hour and they had trouble doing metallic on my nails. All up 2hours and 42 minutes. Paint peeling of the very next day. I sent a text with my number for someone to ring me and nothing . Worst place ever. Rude as. My father was dying at the time and l was helping to care for him. I did not have that time to waste. They told me to go back in. But as my father pasted away, l couldn’t go back. Still no call to say sorry. Absolutely disgusting service. And l paid $60 for that. I would rather have donated that money.
