Ben Carroll Elle does a great job. Ive been going to her for years after trying others. She has inpecable attention to detail, and really treats hair dressing like a well honed craft and work of art - the same way a top chef in a high end restaurant works. She is amazing with a cut throat razer, along with always cheerful and happy to deal with. Tarny Have been coming for years and love the new location however my last visit I noticed the cleaning and customer service had really dropped off! The pool area has tiles and wood which need replacing. Bathrooms had no hand soap. I had Mia and unfortunately it didn’t feel like a had a massage at the end.

Narmina Amirmatova Well I was happy for the first time when I went there with my experience with Laura; this time I wasn’t happy at all and my hairdresser was Laura again. I was made to wait for almost an hour and then when I said that the hair was cut more on one side than the other etc I was told off that the fault is mine because I wasn’t holding my head the way I was supposed to!!! I was speechless! and while I was asking to fix it I was told that it’s too late now and I can come back if I need to fix next time; on top of it I was overcharged - had to pay the price for which I would never come for haircut, never going back.

Miriam Rose Rude, stuck up boss with a permanent lemon face who simply loves to overcharge even for nasty orange roots (instead of blonde roots). Unapologetic for a bad job, neither will they offer to colour correct their mistake. The boss and staff will merely brush you off whilst still over charging you. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY SEE A CENT OF MY MONEY!

Sonia Zimmermann Michael (also called Dave) is a great hairdresser who took part in international competitions back in Sri Lanka. He also brings quite a lot of experience from leading salons in the Melbiurne area until he set up his own hairdressing salon with Rochelle. Great styling, patience and great cuts. Also fabulous with kids! Highly recommended!
