Judy Adamson If I could give 15 Stars for this salon I would! I had not been to this salon before today! I was completely impressed from the moment I telephoned for an appointment only yesterday!! The hairdresser Danielle was a delight, very knowledgeable and most helpful! She went out of her way to help me actually, as I was on a tight time Danielle listened to what I asked for and delivered completely, my colour is fabulous and my hair feels softer than ever! Also there was no hard sell in this salon, which one gets all to often these days. A truly wonderful experience.

The owner Marita was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond so make sure my experience was relaxing after a big week at work! Highly recommend this salon if you live in the area or just visiting Mount Martha.

Trent Edwards I have been going to Salon Bliss for about a year now and I get my hair done by Nick. What a beautiful little salon. Nick is such a professional and is so gifted in what he does. I completely trust him with what ever he does to my hair. I highly recommend the salon, and especially Nick (but they are all great) I always enjoy my time with the Salon Bliss crew!

Melly Shute Chloe is absolutely amazing. My little Pony was so happy when he came home from the groom. This is our second time using Chloe and we will never use another groomer. She is so kind and gentle with the dogs and her grooming skills are unbelievable. Pony looks very sweet with new do! x

Maria Deans is my stylist and I have been seeing her YEARS! She is a magician with colour and always makes me feel special, has wonderful chat and your time in the chair always blows by because youre having so much fun. The care and love she puts into making her clients feel their best is admirable.

Kustom Cut My daughter and I go to Mr Fox for our hair appointments. We see Maria and have followed her from other salons as we love her work!! We have full trust in Maria for the great work she does. She has so much knowledge in the industry and she prides herself on her work as she is very talented. She will not let you leave the salon unless she is happy with the end result and her clients are happy. The salon has a beautiful feel about it, the girls are all lovely. Julia Massuger I’m so happy I found Mr Fox! It had taken me 3 years to find the right salon that create amazing eyebrows! I’ve tried most in Mornington. Leah (owner of Mr Fox) is a total professional and expert in perfecting eyebrows. I had a proper consultation where we discussed the shape and what can be achieved with tint/dye. A lot of time and care was taken to get it just right. I know I’ll get consistent results every time too. Thanks Leah xx

Jenny Medema I went in on Thursday, February 20th at 2:15pm. It’s a beautiful little shop with sweet wonders & products. I was excited to explore inside, but, I felt very awkward looking around when the girl working inside was gossiping with her friend from the Milk Bar (wearing MilkBar uniform). She didn’t greet or acknowledge my presence at all and kept gossiping with her friend about different pieces of drama. After several minutes of this, I interjected to ask her a question about trying on the jewelry & was met with a dismissive, un-friendly response surrounding hygiene with the jewelry. It felt like she was annoyed that I had interrupted their conversation. I still bought a necklace there because it was really beautiful, but, this was a disappointing experience unfortunately that dampened my day. I would rather shop somewhere that is more welcoming and professional.

David Salt A fantastic little gem. Well worth having a look inside at the wide range of great quality items. The staff are very helpful and the range is updated regularly. I always find something here when I need a gift.

Stacey Clarke I supported this business during all lockdowns and spent as a local considerable money. I bought a jumper that was far to big and tried to return it to hear exchanges within 30 days please. I left the jumper with them and will never return.

Beeby Helen With the high prices at this store you’d expect superior levels of customer service. Instead I was served by a surly, cold and rude young girl on the till… ironically her name is Summer. Definitely no sunshine there. I’ve spent thousands at this store over the years. This was the last straw. Management, first rule - employ smiley, friendly staff who like other people.

Paul S Mt Martha resident and I’m regularly disappointed with the culture of misery displayed by the IGA staff . Today, after saying “Good Morning “ the gruff woman’s only reply was “Richie’s card?”. So typical of the type of interactions I have had there. No one ever replies with a smile or a kind word. My wife and neighbours agree. Great produce , but I drive to Dromana IGA or Benton’s Square purely because the experience here always makes me feel awful. Teenage staff are fine but the adults are reliably miserable and downright rude.

Ella Alexandra After coming here for last year after moving into this beautiful area, I have never been treated so disrespectful and talked down too. Summer is so rude and miserable each time I unfortunately am at her register. I have tried to avoid her register but after this week I have had enough. I’ve observed her rude to the community in store. I will never go to this store again. It’s worth the drive to Benton’s square just to be treated as a customer and not a pain in someone’s side. Very disappointed. My review of summer is not the first. Management, take note!!! You’re losing customers.

Tegan Woods What can I say about the staff at Mount Martha chemist? They are all WONDERFUL! I just wanted to come on & say every single one of the staff there have always been nothing but incredibly helpful, empathetic & understanding and have ALWAYS gone out of their way to help me. All the pharmacists are absolutely amazing people. Knowledgeable, helpful, polite and genuinely care about your well being. I can also say the same about every single one of their staff. Always go above and beyond and they will always have my business and I won’t go anywhere else purely because it’s an absolute pleasure to be in that store & have to chat to all the lovely staff there. I’m sorry to the people that have had bad experiences there, and like I said I’m shocked about it. They will always have my support and I will always give them a 10 out of 10. So to the pharmacists & staff THANK YOU!

Christian Cairns Try to make an inquiry over the phone the person had no knowledge of the new Covid strain -So she didn’t know what strain of Covid they were vaccinating for. Also told me I had to book online in order to Make an appointment but didn’t know didn’t know how much supplier they had either

Inga Feitsma Change of name but no better service. When you go to a chemist, you expect friendly, caring, knowledgeable service. Dont expect that from here! I asked for advice on a relatively simple issue to help my husband, who has some health conditions. The Pharmacy Assistant was negative, bordering on hostile, unhelpful, and just downright rude. I was shocked by how dismissive and unwilling she was to help. I understand she didnt have the knowledge to help me. But instead of attempting to ask the pharmacist for their expert opinion, she practically showed the door! Im an MM local. I will not be returning, as this is not the first time I have experienced this level of rudeness at this store. I will spread the word to other locals to encourage them to take their business elsewhere to somewhere that cares.
