The refurbishment this year is top-notch, and the variety of equipment keeps my workouts fresh and exciting. What I love most is the supportive community—everyone motivates each other, making it a fun place to train. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, there’s something for everyone. The location is super convenient and the hours are flexible leaving me most days with no excuse not to come. I’ve seen amazing results since joining, and I can’t recommend this gym enough. If you’re looking for a place to get fit and have a great time, this is it!

Mae V. Dan is an exceptional trainer. Weve been training with Dan for a few years now. He is very patient and takes the time to explain things clearly and ensures you understand the fundamentals before moving on. What I appreciate most is his ability to push you just the right amount. He knows how to challenge you to improve without making you feel overwhelmed or discouraged. I can definitely feel myself getting better with each session. I always leave the gym feeling amazing.

salina lee where do i start? this place is amazing, it was my first time and the place was gorgeous. i went with my bsf and we had so much fun for pools i rate it 5 stars. they were so clean and the perfect temperature for a hot day and a cold day. the slide is so fun, im 5’8 and i could still go down it, the water guns we’re fun too, me and my bsf kept shooting each other. now for cleanness not so good. there was random clothes outside and inside, some wrist bands and stains etc. i’d rate cleanness a 3.5 stars. over all 5 stars
