Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, Anisa always offers plenty of options to modify. The studio is beautiful and the tea at the beginning of the class is a lovely touch. I always leave the class feeling lighter, stronger and much more centred than when I arrived.

Alistair Thompson Brown J Train is the sort of gym where you are surrounded by the best of the best. Everyone training is pushing themselves, the trainers are experienced professionals. A rare boutique performance environment where Ive personally achieved lots of powerlifting pbs! Get involved and try the outdoor program too!
