Fluidform Pilates Malvern - VIC

Leora Dukorsky I seriously have so many amazing things to say about Fluidform Malvern. Ive been attending classes multiple times a week since the start of 2023 with the aim of improving my core strength, stability and overall physical health. The instructors are amazing and each class is intimate and tailored to the clients needs in order to achieve maximum results. The studio is a warm and inclusive community, and I cant imagine my week without my Fluidform Pilates. I couldnt recommend this studio and Roxy and her team enough!

Basic Training Fitness - VIC

Michelle Pike Ive been doing PT sessions with Matt at Basic Training Fitness for almost a year now and I cant recommend him highly enough. The results weve achieved in that time have been fantastic. My fitness levels are the best theyve ever been and the cms have just melted away. Matts experience and approach to training has been invaluable in helping me break through some tough physical and mental barriers to keep hitting all the goals we set. Ours sessions are full of variety and challenges, but most importantly theyre always great fun. If youre after a dedicated, knowledgeable trainer - look no further than Matt and Basic Training Fitness

Sadia Khan Love this gym! Great community vibe, Squad fitness and Pilates on reformer classes are fantastic and they offer a great variety for both. No class is the same! The trainers are fantastic! Infrared sauna, cold plunge pools and compression boots get you to bounce back into class quickly. Physio - Jackie is a wonder! I had two physiotherapy sessions and she was very attentive, patient and took time to explain. 1st time altitude training and love the results and how Im feeling.
