Lauri B 8/5/2025: It has been awhile since I visited this store. They redid the area and now it is much brighter. I like it! Today I went in to have more charms added to my bracelet. I was immediately greeted and assisted with my selections. My order had to be sent out since one charm was being engraved and another was charm that was out of stock in the store needed to come from somewhere else and then be added to the bracelet. Jaky was very helpful. She explained everything in detail and took her time with me. I appreciated her professionalism and expert assistance. I felt like I was leaving my jewelry in good hands. I hope Jakys manager sees this review. I was extremely impressed with her level of service. Great hire, JA! The store was clean and I only had to wait in line for a couple of minutes. This store is conveniently located right outside of Macys.

For the disgusting service to me lack of customer service,unprofessionalism, no responsibility taken for any change of circumstances and no communication by the seller to customer. Disagreements made by business on their personal terms without informing the customer on their purchase. As there was agreement for my items to be posted on 25/3 Monday which has not been completed did not receive any communication from this business and have not received any tracking no. This business also posted BRIDAL outfit on the social without any consent also withheld of deposit as well on the outfit. So please everyone be careful. Disgusting service by this business never came cross anyone like this. Please do not take their word for an answer. No proof shipping has been received by customer for any reassurance. They definitely made my wedding preparations very hard and stressful without any reason will never be coming again. As long they receive the payment they don’t care about anything else please be careful shopping with this business. Please invest your hard earned money in better business. No apologies or responsibility was taken by this business or any sign improvements even till now
