Shannon R Came in last week to purchase some earrings. The sales attendant (I forgot to ask a name, sorry! However the receipt lists the operator number as 114394 if that helps?) was very professional, friendly and helpful. Thanks to EOFY sales this was a reasonably small transaction compared to some but a pleasant experience and satisfaction with what I ended up buying will bring me straight back the next time Im in the market for some jewellery. Daisy Werac Thanks to the team here – I had a gold ring resized (all good) and a pair of gold Euro balls (that I‘ve had for over 20 years) repaired but they snapped again, a few days after the repair and I lost the ball. They had warned me that the earring would be more fragile. When I went in to see what could be done - they gave me the full cost of the repair to put towards the purchase of another pair of earrings.
