Ramon Merola Came in to get x2 clasps replaced. Michael is a true gentleman and very honest jeweller. Not only was he able to replace them in 30 minutes but he is well priced and even offered to trade in the broken clasps which made the price cheaper. He could have just said these are broken and that they are worth nothing and I wouldn’t have thought any different. Thank you again for your honesty and outstanding service

Despite working interstate at the time, Daniel was able to collaborate seamlessly with Carmel and the design team to bring his idea to life. We each had unique ideas, and once again, Carmel went above and beyond to make our visions a reality. Not long after our wedding, we approached Carmel for a pair of custom ruby and diamond rose gold studs, designed to match my wedding band, which features 12 encrusted rubies.
