Inge Nieman Yoga Path is a treasure within the Newport community. It’s a very welcoming and inclusive environment where both Nicole and Tom ensure all their students not only learn the core structure of Iyengar yoga, but also the philosophy behind the teachings. They have years of experience and knowledge which they share with their students in a fun, relaxed & friendly manner. It’s a delight to attend the classes and to experience their passion for yoga.

Ben Willis Ive been training at CFDV for about 5 years. Its great to have a place to go with familiar faces every morning. The coaches are excellent and all have a passion for what they do, and thankfully, are pretty quick to point out any poor form you might be using. Theyve helped me work through a heap of issues, and I look forward to going even if the workout is looking rough!

Daz and Bindi Location Free Livin’ What an epic gym, great coaches and an amazing community. We had such a great time while training at the Salt Shed. With the support of their amazing coaches we improved our skills in a supportive environment.
