She raised her voice at a team member in front of customers, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, while another staff member was assisting me with a watch, she abruptly interrupted the interaction. Due to this behaviour, we chose to leave the store. When I walked in I was greeted with the most genuine customer care I’ve experienced for a long time. Corrina helped me narrow down what exactly I wanted and pulled the ideas out of my head. Marie Muller Lulu & Co is best jewelers I’ve ever been to. I bought a bracelet here a year ago and had the best experience with Vera. She showed me options that fit my idea, she got my vision and understood my budget, it was the most fun, stress free, exciting shopping! I’ve just come back in to look for earrings and a necklace and I’ve been so well looked after again by Vera and Mario. Vera remembered me from last time so she already knew the jewellery styles I like, it was the easiest experience. They never made me feel pressured while I was looking at all of the options and trying things on. It was just the best experience, I tried on some stunning jewellery and bought the most beautiful necklace and matching earring set. And to top it all off I can bring the jewellery in to be cleaned any time I need. Lulu & Co just have the most stunning pieces and great customer service to go along with it, it’s an unbelievable experience coming here.
