Ares Strength Rehab - VIC

Eris ODonnell The Onero progarm run by Nick at Ares Strength Rehab could be an excellent start for people like me who are older and want to do some weight training if you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopaenia like myself. It is a very safe way to start off a weights program with expert analysis and guidance from a patient and conscientious instructor, Nick. I thoroughly recommend his service.

The Willis Recreation and Sports Centre - VIC

Jason L Pickleball review: Great, new and well looked after courts and facilities are nice also for a tennis club. A bit pricey to hire the courts ($23ph) but its Sydney afterall and even more so if you need equipment (was $20 extra for paddles and balls) so come prepared with your own is my suggestion. Otherwise, thanks team!

Umina Peak Physique - VIC

Thomas G I have been going to this gym for over 10 years. The workout area is very large with lots of equipment. It is never crowded. Best of all, very friendly atmosphere and very clean. The choice of music when staff is male could be improved.

Strong Women Can - VIC

Deirdre McIntyre Very inclusive gym that focuses on all aspects of womens health. Importantly there is a focus on functional movement and working out with weights. I took a small group Foundational Movement program and found it to be expertly designed and run. I really liked the camaraderie and encouragement. Im a certain age and need the weights, and the focus on form as I have the litany: bad knees, shoulders, recurring plantar fasciitis. My aim was to not sustain injury and to get back into exercise so I can live and age better. The focus on correct form and alternate ways of doing an activity has allowed me to accomplish this. Strongly recommend this gym!
