As soon as I met Ralph and we started chatting about what I had in mind, I knew I was going to purchase the ring from him. His calm and respectful demeanor left me feeling like all my concerns or queries were heard and thought through. A few weeks later I put in my first deposit to have a custom engagement ring and wedding band produced. The entire journey from the concept designs to the delivered rings; I felt listened to and Ralph was understanding through the entire process. Graham Hall Just had Sam make an engagement ring for me as my wife’s ring which was brought 26 years ago had deteriorated beyond repair. He went into so much detail and care in designing the ring and boy when I picked it up today it was absolutely amazing and when I gave it to my wife she cried tears of joy.
