1 /5 Calli Lazar: The customer service was atrocious. I asked for a specific setting and they said they didn’t have it. I asked to see some plain bands and she said I’ll only give you one to try. I then left and on my way out I saw the settings I was after in the window. I came back in and asked to see the rings in the window and she told me I can’t afford them. I never gave her a price range and I could afford them! I asked to try them on anyway and she was visibly annoyed, only giving me one ring at a time and was hesitant to let me try on more. She then told me my fingers were too big for the ring and not to put it on my finger. The ring fit me just fine. I then asked to see another ring and she said no too expensive for me. So I left. She just had no interest in serving me. I felt fat shamed and judged on my looks for what I could and could not afford. I felt unworthy of shopping in there store.
