I drove nearly two hours to collect my rings (they are the closest store to me). They had the doors shut for stock take, which was not posted on their website or Facebook page. I tried to poke my head in to see if someone could help me, as all I needed was to pick up my rings, no payments were needed. They didnt even come over to talk to me, they just yelled something through the closed door.
Because I have a lifetime care package on my wedding rings, I need to go to Michael Hill every six months to complete the required check-ups, there is little consistency in their procedures or customer care. I get told something different about the care plan every time. It is very confusing.
