yusuf khan ABW Gym has awesome state-of-the-art Technogym equipment and a really energetic atmosphere! Eddy, the owner, knows his stuff and makes everyone feel welcome. Definitely a great place if you’re looking for a gym with good vibes and serious workouts!

Ivana Charbel is a great physio! I have seen him consistently for a couple months now for a number of different issues, each reason being progressed/resolved with each session. He answers any and all questions I have to better understand the issue at hand and my body in general. Works with me to find solutions that will work best for my situation/lifestyle and past injuries. He is very friendly along with the rest of the staff I’ve interacted with across 2 sites.

Keely Paxton DXC is the place to be! The vibes are phenomenal and the trainers are amazing. The gym is clean and well looked after by all that attend. Everyone is friendly and there is a class for all! Tat is so accommodating. She provides perfect advice and always goes that extra step for her clients!

Chris Watts Had a wonderful experience singing up to South Pacific recently. The staff there were very welcoming and warm. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish! This gym is great value with good facilities a sauna and it’s 24/7 I highly recommend this gym.
