1 /5 Thanusha Gunasinghe: I can give 0 starts. Would not recommend this store. They have no loyalty towards customers. Theresa ,the manageress had no compassion nor professional. The product I bought ( a paid of hoop earrings keep falling off ). A another elderly lady said she would fix the issue and she wanted Theresa to help me. She said if is not a faulty product and she refused to refund. It was a refund of just 40 dollars. She said she can exchange to anything else. I did not want to buy anything else as in the same order I bought other jewellery too . Absolutely rude. She was treating customers like kids. I just walked out. Never ever will buy anything from them. I have bought all my gifts from them

4 /5 BrittElle VDS: Bought our wedding rings here on a very short notice just 3 weeks before our big day! Luke & Craig are the best 2 people Ive ever had the pleasure of knowing. They handled everything from getting in the right sizes, to making sure the rings come in on time and even when my fiances ring (custom made) was not exactly how he wanted it to be, Luke still tries to fix the issue. Big hugs to Luke & Craig! Thank you for the awesome customer service!

1 /5 Leigh Nesbitt: WARNING!!! Please be aware that this franchise does not do refunds, even within a 12 hour period. I bought my wife a $150 item, turns out she didnt like it, the best the store manager Donna would do is a gift card. When I called their State Office I spoke with Helen 3 times (each time I was told I would be called back, this did not happen, I needed to call back each time) before I was told this is their policy and that I simply could not have a refund. So Buyers BEWARE, Im amazed that such a large brand would be so petty, understand that I will not purchase from this brand again

1 /5 Gea Max: Really wanted to buy a ring, actually, rings, to celebrate a big achievement. I was begrudgingly severed by some bloke today, literally, could just hear his sarcasm and bitterness to being requested to serve a customer alongside the woman asking him to serve me (God forbid you have to serve customers in retail!). Tried some rings on, they didnt fit so old mate said "ohwell sorry we couldnt help have a good night cya later" as he walked off???? No back and forth, no asking if I wanted to try something else on, just off ya go since the rings dont fit. I completely understand we came late in the day, but what a poor attitude and service. I left feeling really flat and defeated.

Ninmar Shlimoun We bought our engagement gold from Modern Jewellery in Fairfield and honestly had an amazing experience. Zaid is such a genuine and kind person. They have a proper workshop at the back where they custom-make jewellery to your request , he made our pieces in just 2 days, even on short notice, and didn’t charge extra. I’ve seen the bad reviews and honestly don’t get it. He looked after us really well, even my mum and cousin ended up buying from him for the same occasion. Now he’s our go-to for anything gold. Yes, they’re slightly more expensive than others, but the quality is on another level. I’d rather pay a little more and get exactly what I want, made properly and with care. They’re honest, talented, and really focused on quality. Highly recommend.
