Emma Drysdale Had my first ever Arise class today at the new studio and it was great! I brought my 4 month old along and she got to chill in a bouncer whilst mummy did some much needed exercise. It was a lovely, welcoming environment and the teacher was brilliant. I was also SO impressed that the owner had phoned me previously to check in and run through the class details and offer any support. I now understand the hype for Arise and glad to be a part of the community!

Sara Miller After having some time away from exercising after having 2 children I was in desperate need of something for myself. I feel so lucky to have found Jess at Vikara. I honestly feel like she has changed my life! Jess is so much more than a pt. She has given me so much support and guidance to achieve my goals and become the best version of myself. Vikara is more than just a gym, there is a beautiful community feel, the environment is so welcoming and comfortable and the level of care that Jess gives to every person that comes through is phenomenal! I couldnt recommend Vikara enough!

brenna lamb Starting doing Pilates here after their launch and I’m loving it! It’s a vibey and clean studio, the classes are great and the staff are so lovely. Really recommend Hotmess for anyone looking for a new hot pilates studio!

Lachlan Dent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely love this place! I first came to Glowfit for red light therapy and was blown away by how much I enjoyed it, I ended up signing up for a membership that same day. Lana and George are all so incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. You can really tell they care about you, your experience and wellbeing. Every visit feels like a warm, positive environment where I can focus on myself and my health goals. What I love most is the flexibility of the services available. Being able to mix and match between red light, infrared saunas, body roll massages, fitness (like treadmills and bikes) and more has allowed me to build routines that truly works for my body. I’ve noticed real, lasting changes and feel so much better for it. Staff have always been polite, informative on the equipment and upfront about how the services work. I’ve always found communication here to be accomodating, respectful and professional. For anyone considering Glowfit give it a go! I’ve felt supported, cared for and seen real benefits. Skin is glowing, waist is slimming, I couldn’t recommend here more highly!

Jiet Thack Was a gym goer here for many years. Since around August machines were broken not fixed cardio machines broken not fixed. No pins in any of the machines either stolen or just not replaced. Alot of things out of order. No soap in toilets. Because of the cheap deals. Now the gym is over crowded with 30% of the gym not working. To many kids standing around not doing anything, to many people recording with tripods set up everywhere used to love this place but its more of a social gathering then a training gym now. Literally what am I paying for? Revo has just opened which is alot quieter during peak hours and is alot better for me personally 70% of their people all came from derrimut which i have spoke to all having the same issues. So I have canceled my membership, which i still have to pay for for another month before fully canceled? Ridiculous! If nothing is done about these issues I think alot of people will leave as alot of people are unhappy about these conditions.
