1 /5 Nasim Masoumkhani: This review reflects my personal experience. The buyer cancelled, I was charged $600, and despite requesting a refund, it was not returned. The agency’s communications regarding the deposit were inconsistent: initially, they told me the $600 deposit would remain valid for six months, but in emails after I posted my review, they first said it was valid for three months, and a few lines later claimed my contract had been terminated and the deposit was no longer valid — all of which I have on record. I only contacted them twice by phone and sent four messages requesting a receipt ! I have fully paid the agency, including $3,000 for advertising, and have all receipts. Any claim that I did not pay is false — you are lying, and I will prove it in court with my receipts. I was accused of harassment and threatened with legal action after posting my review if I did not remove it. They also told me that by requesting receipts and refunds, I was “harassing” them, which I will now address in court. Based on my personal experience, they are not reliable and I would not recommend trusting them. I do not wish to continue working with this agency.

1 /5 hamid zara: I rate your service low because we asked you for a refund and shared our experience, but you took it as harassment. Who told you we avoided paying the real estate advertising fee? We paid it, and it’s unprofessional to mention something so personal in your response. The buyer’s conveyancer acted smartly and kept the entire deposit, which was meant for such cases, but you handled it unprofessionally. You didn’t even discuss the contract cancellation with me and simply accepted whatever the other party wanted.
