Susan Jowett I went into Harli and Harpa today at Eastland 11/8 looking for a chain that I bought a few weeks ago that I absolutely loved, but sadly lost. I must say, the two girls that helped me went beyond my expectations trying to find the chain in store and online. The service I received was exceptional. I wish I took down their names, but one was blonde and the other dark haired. Thank you so much for trying so so hard and even though i didnt get to buy it again, you both tried so hard . You should be commended for going out of your way to help me.

Virginia Tachos I would like to pass on a compliment to the incredible customer service i received from Jan at your watergardens store . She helped after i received poor customer service at a nearby jewellery shop . From the moment i walked in i received nothing but amazing customer service helping me with my son’s broken necklace from his 21st . She fixed his necklace and was so caring and understanding - wonderful customer service at this store . Please keep Jan forever and very big thank you from my son who loves his chain - it was a very precious birthday gift he cherishes .Highly Recommended

India Ross Sophie really helped me find what I wanted!! Was extremely patient with me. I witnessed her manager be quite rude with her and felt extremely bad as she was just doing her job. I will go back only for her service.
