Katrina Walker A wonderfully supportive community club, FBGC provides a great environment for kids (and adults!) to learn gymnastics in a safe and positive way. The coaches deliver an excellent programme for skill development, keeping kids moving, and fostering team work. They provide regular communication and reporting on results of assessments for skills progress.

Olivia Russell 3E Fitness, is such an amazing place to train. I have been there for 7 years and I have loved every second. I first started training during the child friendly day sessions and now attend the early mornings. I have been supported at every session by the incredible trainers, who are always on hand to assist you. I am happier, stronger and fitter than I have ever been and I cant recommend 3E enough!

Shalini Pehrinparaj I have been training with Steph for 8 months so far and she’s the best PT I’ve had. She is knowledgeable and able to cater the session to suit your goals and abilities. She motivates and pushes but is mindful of any injuries or concerns. She is a very genuine person who makes exercise fun!
