Janet Dobb Poor service, was ignored by two staff when I went to collect a repaired necklace. Had to say excuse me to one of the girls whilst the other older lady continued to.talk on phone , didnt even bother to acknowledge I was there. She was clearly to another staff member. Customer service is non existent, when dropping off necklace had a similar experience.
