Big Chief Pizza Cafe & Fish & Chips - Food VIC

1 /5 Skip Sardoc: Would go to big chief all the time. New owners now and the food is horrible. Hsp is dry with next to no sauce. The meat is dry and nasty to eat. Pizzas have no flavour being smothered with cheese and base is not even a base. Chips are not even cooked. Chicken schnitzel burger is also so bland and dry it was hard to eat. Avoid at all costs.

3 /5 Nick Zandes: I Had visited can friend of mine in the near area and we decided to head out for dinner a little later than normal. We decided on going to BCP&F as it was the only place in area opening later than 9pm and only within 15m of driving. We decided on F&C so we ordered the dinner pack with 2x fish, 4x Calamari rings, chips and 2x crab sticks. We didnt want them crab sticks so we got them changed to Potato Cakes. Overall, the chips were the best part of the meal. Crispy in clean oil just like the potato cakes the calamari rings were way tooooooo small , the fish was average. The oil needed to have been changed as it wasnt the best. My biggest criticism would be the calamari rings being tooo small.

1 /5 Macks Macks: Terrible! I ordered online via their website, when I went to pick up the food they said it would be another 10 min as it’s not ready yet. I thought no problems at all, however as I was waiting the place was dead, and quiet as a mouse, i couldn’t hear any food being cooked or prepared while I waited. Then some guy walked in 10 min later with a woolies bag, figured they must have run out of ingredients for something. If I had t already paid for the food I probably would have just left as the wait was starting to drag on. The food was terrible, the lasagne was horrible and ended up throwing what was left in the bin, hardly any meat and it tasted like it came from the frozen section of the supermarket, infact I actually think a McCain lasagne would have tasted better. It was very disappointing considering this place with the previous owners used to be amazing!

1 /5 Anna B: Had problems with this place before, many. Been a while...and me the fool thought maybe we will give it another go. Well family pack. Soggy, fish under cooked, chips raw. Pizza...When doing my selection, it just clicked thru with no choice. I assumed it would be the lot. Well I got stuck with a Margy. When I called the young idiot, with no customer service.(probably not trained like the back if house) hung the phone up after telling me it was my fault! Dont bother. Second chance, same problems. Then u have to chace ut up with uber eats. Just go Fratellis, or closer to Frankston Mama Mias in Seaford...faultless pizza or Monte Verde. This place thinks because they are open so late, they assume you must ge wasted and just eat whatever. Well some people work late. Stay away. Order Maccas
