1 /5 R u f f n R u s t y: Slept on it, still wanted to leave a review Been to this place on many occasions for many years, always hyped up this place being better then Nandos and Shintz, nevertheless after last nights experience We would never go back nor to another Capricho franchise after breaking our fast on the second day of Ramadam, & after a long day the decision to get Capricho was exciting however after receiving the food The excitement turned to complete disgust The order, a crispy chicken wrap and burrito bowl The burrito bowl was ordered with a extra tenderloin However why the tenderloin was just placed in the box and not cut up like the rest, was our inital, confusion However it is, what it is Then the crispy chicken wrap after the first bite Something was wrong The chicken was hard I mean solid not crispy not grilled But rock as if it has been fire bombed early this morning and sold that same night the initial confusion turned to disgust, after contacting the restaurant and speaking to Subat He advised the chicken is received frozen and they dont get a "recipe" with all due respect all if not majority of fast food places receive frozen however this was not the problem, the problem is that of receiving rotten Inedible food not even fit for the third world... thats all before even mentioning the order, cost a total of $86 dollars gone to waste as well as going to bed with a sour taste in our month from this experience Some common sense if future, if not for me then the sake of your customers if you as a employee wouldnt eat it Why does that make it okay, for you to serve it? 1 /5 Abhishek Ronvelia: Extremely disappointing experience. I found a bug in my food, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene and food safety perspective. What made it worse was the response from the staff — there was no apology, no genuine concern, just excuses. I was told that the salad “comes in a box so it probably got missed,” which honestly only raised more concerns about their quality control and food handling standards. Finding a bug in a meal is bad enough, but the complete lack of accountability and basic courtesy is what really disappointed me. I hope the restaurant takes food safety and customer service more seriously in the future.

5 /5 Shrestha Ruza: Absolutely love this place! The burgers and wraps are amazing, and the mild sauce is full of flavour. The chips are crispy, and the chicken is cooked to perfection every time. Quick service and great value for money. Highly recommend!
