5 /5 Layla Louise: My boyfriend has very specific allergies and the lovely waitress asked what we needed, grabbing the chef and lead us to walk around every single food letting us know what he could and couldn’t eat. The chef asked what he liked specifically and if it had an allergy in it he noted it down and then 15 mins later he made a fresh massive bowl of accommodated food which was lovely. The chef also gave him a whole platter of a variety of deserts that was catered towards him. The food was incredible, the range was amazing, and the service was amazing. I would 100% recommend this restaurant. Genuinely the most beautiful man that cares about his job, I wish I knew his name but he was a head chef working on the 20/11. The drinks were also reasonably priced for the taste and presentation.

4 /5 Go with the flow: Exceptional service! I havent had the pleasure of being warmly greeted by two lines of waiting staff in a Melbourne restaurant since prior to Covid 19. They were super friendly, attentive and pleasant. When I asked for a cushion, they quickly came back with one, no hesitation whatsoever. Thanks guys for the great experience! Lovely & stylish ambience. The length of the upmarket restaurant isnt as long as it appears in photos as there are mirrors at both ends on the room. There are beautiful windpw views inside the Conservatory which you can see the Melbourne Aquariun across the Yarra River. The closest carpark is the multi level. Take the lift and after reaching level 1, turn slightly left then its about 15 mins walk to the restaurant. We selected the 5.30 - 8pm session. At once stage, there was a long queue at the warm servery area. I made a mistake of piling up my plate with too much food (to save from queuing up again) and some of my food went cold. But actually I had plenty of time. Perfect roats! The wasabi sauce/paste wasnt beatted long enough for the stronger, more pungent flavours (heat) to come through. Also, it would have been great if they had some sort of rice paper rolls back which they did about 10 months ago. 2 entrances for the Multi-level carpark are: 28 Haig St, Southbank VIC 3006 33 Clarke St, Southbank VIC 3006 I hope this helps.

5 /5 Desi Food Blogger: Excellent variety and a massive buffet dinner - lots of Sushi, Indian, Pizza, Italian, Seafood, Deserts, Salads, Asian, Grilled Meat and a Chocolate Fountain. You need to go here with a big appetite and fun is when youre in a large group. They run specials from time to time so cheaper when you go early and kids eat free during certain times of the year so take a look at their specials on the Crown Towers website. The food quality and presentation is amazing and you know they have used top ingredients. I would rate this as the best buffet in town. Ive been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner but enjoy the dinner buffet the most. Book in advance and request for a window facing table.

4 /5 Hamid: We had a wonderful time dining at this luxury restaurant in Crown Casino. The food was absolutely delicious — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and matched perfectly with the atmosphere. The staff were polite, attentive, and genuinely made the experience special. The view was stunning and added a touch of magic to the evening. That said, a few small points could be improved: 1. The website doesn’t mention clearly which parking area to use. We parked in the multi-storey car park and ended up walking nearly 15–20 minutes to reach the restaurant. 2. We didn’t know that window seats need to be requested about two months in advance — it would be helpful if this was mentioned online. 3. Even though it’s quite an expensive dining experience, guests still need to pay for parking, which feels a bit unreasonable. 4. The grace time is listed as 15 minutes, and we arrived exactly that early, but we still had to wait outside for the table to be prepared. Overall, the experience was fantastic and memorable — the food and service were well worth it, and I’d happily return. Just a little more clarity on the website and a few small improvements would make it absolutely perfect.
