5 /5 Gabriella Macarambon: We decided to visit this place tonight as we were craving for quality wood fired pizza and burrata, but didn’t want to drive too far. Found this place on google which is just 8 minutes away from us. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any burrata so we opted for the antipasti. We also picked the Capricciosa.
The antipasti selection was pretty good, I personally liked the anchovies as it was not as salty as the usual anchovies you get.
Loved the pizza as well! Didn’t have to wait long for it. The toppings didn’t feel too heavy against the dough, and the dough was just right. I find that sometimes I don’t enjoy the end or the crust as it can feel too dry or crunchy but I found that at Fabbrica the crust was just right for my liking.
I also got myself a tiramisu to go, which is not pictured here as I ate it on the way home. Couldn’t wait and honestly, it was amazing!
Overall, this place is a perfect addition to Essendon. The service was good and I would 100% visit this place again with friends or family, or at least recommend it.
