5 /5 Carmen Truong: Cosy atmosphere, great service! The owner Gary is incredibly sweet. Their pizzas are made fresh, have a thin base, and crispy flavourful crust. Added bonus - they are so generous with their toppings! You can even watch the whole cooking process from outside their window so you know you’re getting authentic wood fired pizzas at FabbricA. They have both dine in and takeaway options - pizzas were ready in 10 minutes so I didn’t have to wait long for takeaway. I would highly recommend giving FabbricA a visit!

5 /5 Chryssie Swarbrick: I stopped by here for dinner after seeing them on Google and reading their reviews and ended up chatting to the owner. As someone in the hospitality industry myself I really just want to spread the word for this great business! Fabbrica Della Pizza is a woodfire pizza shop on Buckley St that feels like walking into Nonna’s house. I loved the vibe, the Sophia Loren movies being projected on the wall, the zuppa inglese tiramisu, the family all working behind the counter. The do some of the fluffiest woodfire pizza I’ve had in recent memory, the owner was saying how everything is made fresh. Highly recommend you give them a go if you’re thinking of grabbing pizza soon - they have dine in too and are kid friendly (mine gave it 9/10) and reasonably priced for the quality. (Side note, they won me over as soon as I saw the menu design, iykyk)

5 /5 Maree Kennedy: What an amazing little gem in Buckley Street Essendon! If youre looking for a local taste of Italy-put this top of the list. Atmosphere great, Friendly staff, fabulous pizza! Finished off with frozen limoncello-yum! Will not disappoint. Visit Gary & the crew in Buckley Street. YUMMO!

5 /5 Bella Bella: Fabbrica is a welcome addition to Essendon, run by the same owner who once brought charm and flavour to The Village Pizzeria. The Italiano pizza was packed with flavour—definitely a highlight. Like many places, the base was thin, which can make it a bit soggy, but the toppings more than made up for it. Friendly service, with seating available both inside and out. Restrooms are on site, and they’re happy to box up leftovers if you don’t finish. A solid local spot for dine-in or takeaway, especially if you’re after something familiar with a fresh twist.

5 /5 Gabriella Macarambon: We decided to visit this place tonight as we were craving for quality wood fired pizza and burrata, but didn’t want to drive too far. Found this place on google which is just 8 minutes away from us. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any burrata so we opted for the antipasti. We also picked the Capricciosa. The antipasti selection was pretty good, I personally liked the anchovies as it was not as salty as the usual anchovies you get. Loved the pizza as well! Didn’t have to wait long for it. The toppings didn’t feel too heavy against the dough, and the dough was just right. I find that sometimes I don’t enjoy the end or the crust as it can feel too dry or crunchy but I found that at Fabbrica the crust was just right for my liking. I also got myself a tiramisu to go, which is not pictured here as I ate it on the way home. Couldn’t wait and honestly, it was amazing! Overall, this place is a perfect addition to Essendon. The service was good and I would 100% visit this place again with friends or family, or at least recommend it.
