5 /5 Holiday li: Franco & Co in Eltham is clearly a local favourite — I probably wouldn’t have known about it if not for a friend’s recommendation. The restaurant was almost entirely filled with locals, and it’s easy to see why it holds such a high rating. The dishes we ordered were all enjoyable, and importantly, not overly salty — which suits my taste perfectly. The handmade pizza stood out. The crust had those beautiful charred spots, thin and crisp on the outside while staying moist and soft inside. Topped generously with mixed meats and cheese, it was incredibly satisfying while still hot. The prawn pasta was solid and comforting. The flavour profile had a slightly familiar touch that I think many Asian diners would appreciate. Portions were generous and filling. The classic tiramisu was balanced and not overly sweet. I personally would have preferred a slightly stronger coffee or liqueur flavour. It felt a little pricey, but overall still worth it for the experience. The cozy, cabin-style interior creates a warm atmosphere, and the service was friendly and attentive. For those living in Melbourne’s east, it’s not too far — definitely a spot worth revisiting.

5 /5 Shahram Samimi: We had a wonderful experience at Franco & Co in Eltham. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, friendly, and very welcoming. The staff were attentive and professional, and the food came out quickly and fresh. We ordered a good mix of dishes: the meatball pizza, calamari, bruschetta, and the chicken burger. Every single item was excellent. The meatball pizza was full of flavour with a perfectly cooked base and generous toppings. The calamari was tender, crispy, and not oily at all – one of the best I’ve had. The bruschetta was fresh, light, and full of real Italian taste. The chicken burger was also delicious, with juicy chicken and great balance of ingredients. Overall, the food quality was consistently high, everything tasted delicious, and the service made the whole night enjoyable. Franco & Co is definitely one of the best Italian spots in the Eltham area, and we will 100% be coming back again. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Loz -: Fantastic service, excellent gluten free options - pizza was a hit with my friend. I recommend the truffle mushroom pizza and linguine cabonara which had the perfect layer of sauce. Food came out fast and it was a homely atmosphere. I will come back for sure. Thank you!

5 /5 Nina Lin: The wood-fired pizza here was genuinely impressive. The crust had that perfect balance of smoky char and soft, airy texture, and every bite was packed with fresh, vibrant flavours. My partner and I enjoyed it so much that we kept talking about it even after we left. It’s the kind of pizza that makes you want to come back just to try it again. Truly a wonderful experience.
