4 /5 Erin Jacks: As others have commented, the restaurant is unfortunately noisey (we dined at night) and cramped. Our visit started off quite disappointingly - as we had booked a table for 4 but arrived to no tables available and no record (on the restaurants end) of our booking. We were offered bar seats, which is not conducive to a conversation between 4 people. We were told the table would be 20-30 minutes so we decided we would sit at the bar for a drink and nibble before moving to our table for our mains. After ordering our drinks, we did receive a complementary starter for the mix up - the crispy chicken - it was tasty indeed. We then ordered the chilli wontons (note - these are filled with pork and prawn, which is not labelled on the menu - not good for allergies), chicken bao buns and chive dumplings - all very yummy. Unfortunately it was just over an hour until we were actually seated at our table (noting the tables are also actually quite small). For mains, we had the special beef rendang (large serving but lacked flavour), chicken and pork broken rice dishes (nice) and the pork & prawns Vietnamese pancake (lacked structure - messy to eat, and too much leafy garnish). Menu was reasonably priced. Suggest negative comments re staff capability be disregarded - this is a new restaurant with young staff who are clearly learning and doing a great job.
