5 /5 Cathryn Tan: They used to operate "Huong Giang Bun Bo Hue" on Windsor Avenue in Springvale. We used to patronise their old restaurant for more than 10 years until they sold the business to take a break. Very happy that they are back in food business as Mama Daos Kitchen. Bun bo hue is still as good as the old flavour that we are so used to, just like when they were in Springvale. Prawn spring rolls are so good too. Other items that I would recommend would be the combination stir-fried noodles, vermicelli noodles with braised beef, salt and pepper calamari, salt and pepper chicken ribs and egg noodle soup with chicken.
They took over this shop from another owner whose main business was selling mixed rice (bain marie) during the day. So, now during the day, they sell mixed rice. By night, they sell the Vietnamese noodles and Chinese stir-fries just like what they used to do when they were in Springvale.
