Nick Zandes It was a beautiful day in Melbourne today so it was a great day for a drive. Off to the Yarra Valley. As we were driving into Healesville we drove past Rockford winery and we decided to stop here to eat as we enjoyed our previous visit here when we saw the Adele Show. We ordered our meals, Mrs ordered the lamb ragu and I ordered the duck dish. Both meals were great. Wife enjoyed the her wine and I had the cider. Overall a great day out and glad we stopped here.

BA Prettiest Venue Ever! • Attended a dear friend’s wedding here, and it was absolutely beautiful • The venue is stunning, with breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding wineries • Spacious, immaculate, and impeccably maintained throughout • Staff were wonderfully kind and attentive​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Anna Johnson Such a beautiful afternoon out with the girls, staff were so attentive. Food was phenomenal, the lamb shoulder on the set shared menu I will dream about. The value for money is incredible we couldn’t finish all the food. Only note would be some soft music outside would elevate the atmosphere but overall we had the best afternoon, will definitely be coming back

Fraser Mackenzie How good is this place. My wife and I have just enjoyed a nice lunch and a couple of wines at Riverstone Estate. The food was fantastic and my steak was cooked perfectly. The Pinot Noir was delicious so I had to take some home. If you’re in the area call in and enjoy yourself. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Ricky A great restaurant with wide open space, a good food menu and a decent selection of wines and most importantly it was opened on a public holiday! The food was unexpectedly good. The staff was very ftiendly and looked after us well throughout the night. The steak was cooked to perfect medium rare. It was an overall very enjoyable experience.

You might want an extra napkin if you choose to eat it by hand instead of using the knife and fork provided. When my meal arrived, the staff kindly explained the recommended way to enjoy it, which I’ve shared below. Customer service was excellent from the moment I entered until the time I left. The place has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The owner often sits at the counter and personally greets guests, which helps create a great connection with regular customers. ⸻ Smokery’s Method for Enjoying the Dirty Brisket Burger Start your meal by taking a few bites of the burger to enjoy its rich, smoky flavours. Between bites, you may cleanse your palate with a sip of water or a small portion of pickled grated carrot — the acidity enhances the flavour balance beautifully. Once you’ve finished the burger, end your meal with the crumbed jalapeño pop for a satisfying finish. The sauce ties all the flavours together, completing a truly enjoyable dining experience.

Moya Great lager. Quality brewery. And they have some interesting other blends such as dark cherry. The arancini balls are delicious too. A great local drop in.

Eva Absolutely beautiful wine yard to visit! It’s so pleasant just to sit and look at the beautiful terroir. The cellar door has a few tasting packages to select from. It mainly sells vintage Chandon that are not quite accessible from retailers. Chandon also has an interesting sparking red, on the lighter side.

Jason Tabrett Possibly the best pork ribs and sticky date pudding we’ve ever had! The service was very friendly, it’s easy to get to by car and the case of pear and apple cider won’t last long! Most of the samplers were delicious though! 10% Saturday surcharge, but it’s fair enough for covering extra staff costs.
