1 /5 Mohammed Farook: I was very disappointed. I bought classic Angus beef burger and meat wasn’t cooked properly it’s was raw inside and it’s cost me $11:95. NOT ever going back they again.

2 /5 J N Srinivasu: I have been McDonalds in Manor lakes yesterday- the drive through was packed and cars weren’t moving I waited for 5 minutes and with no progress parked my car and went in to order a take away. I placed the order and waited for 25 minutes only to see my order number was skipped I had to stop the busy staff and remind them of my order number they realised it was skipped and got my order done. Wasn’t easy on a Sunday evening.

And they probably need to do a health inspection on this branch I ordered from here from uber eats last night and when I got my burger the beef patty was rock hard and tough from the first bite , it was more stale than overcooked!!! Like it had been left out for more than a day. The fries were stale and cold too the caramel frappe was the only thing consumable than tasted decent and fresh. I ordered the bbq angus and was so disappointed and dissatisfied as it felt I was eating cardboard at sauce on bread FOR 24 DOLLARS ???! . I called the store and was told they can’t do anything unless I came in store to show them so they can verify the order was bad. If I could come in store I wouldn’t have ordered through uber eats in the first place???!! So I was just left hungry and angry And the funniest thing is I live 5 minutes away from the store so the delivery time shouldn’t have made so much impact on my food

1 /5 Bango Basbaas: I have had coffee Frappes around the world in lots of McDonalds But the worst coffee frappe I have ever had was at this place , literally no coffee all large crushed ice and alot of cream , this is after telling them to fix it They still gave me the same frappe . I think a better training is needed

1 /5 KBL1974: A few weeks ago I made a $48 order of the new McGriddles. I live about 4 minutes away and when I got home they were completely and utterly cold and dry. I called the store and they said theyd train the staff and offered me a replacement. Today I picked up my replacement. 2 minutes after leaving the drive through I opened one up. It was not only dry, it was shrivelled and rock hard around the edges. It looked to be 2 or 3 hours old. The griddle bun doesnt even wobble. The omelette is hard and crackly and the sausage patty is dark brown and hard all around the edges. About 1 to 2 cm into the middle. I made a video comparison because graciously, they also included a fresh one. I of course called the manager who, once again, offered to replace it. Promising to make sure the staff do it the way its supposed to be done. I asked why they need such a heads up to do it correctly. They also gave me incorrect items in the order despite the order being entered correctly. I guess staff who can read cost to much to hire. Anyway Ive rejected the replacement this time as I dont trust them and dont want to put any undue pressure on them to get it right.
