Miznon - Food VIC

5 /5 Rishter: I’ve always been a big fan of Miznon in the city—their pita pockets (Sabich) are honestly some of my favourites anywhere. The rotisserie chicken pita, in particular, is my absolute go-to. By chance, I discovered the Miznon branch in Collingwood and visited with a friend, and I’m so glad I did. The food here is just as delicious, fresh, and flavourful as the city location. The service was great, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. What I really enjoyed was the atmosphere—Collingwood has a quieter, more relaxed, suburban vibe, which makes the whole experience feel different in a very good way. Compared to the city location, where it can be hard to get a spot and sometimes a bit cramped, the Collingwood restaurant is much more comfortable, spacious, and enjoyable to sit in. It still delivers the same amazing Miznon food I love, but with a calmer environment. I highly recommend checking out Miznon Collingwood—great food, great service, and a great setting.

5 /5 W W: We visited Miznon Collingwood twice with our kids, and the availability of high chairs made it an easy choice for us. The chicken liver pita was the standout — well seasoned with tahini, spring onion and chilli, and something I’d happily order again. We also tried the sabich, which was served cold; it wasn’t bad, but the flavours didn’t quite work for me. The kids enjoyed the mezze plate, especially the pita and tahini, and the sweet potato with sour cream was another hit. The baby cauliflower was fine but not particularly memorable. I expected more flavour from the sac de coq (roast chicken with herbs, cucumber, daikon and radish), which was quite plain, though suitable for those wanting something lighter. Overall, we enjoyed our visits, especially with the EatClub discount.

3 /5 Shayan Soroush: The food quality and the portions were slightly underwhelming for the price. The capriccio was good to share as an entree and I would recommend it The shawarma plate had very small portion size and the meat was quite fattened up, other shawarma wraps/plates I’ve had have been much more lean. The Hraime tasted good but the portion was a little bit too small as a main dish. Thank you

5 /5 sas d: I’ve been wanting to come to the Collingwood location for so long and it absolutely did not disappoint! We ordered the Sabich pita and the fish pita. Both were so delicious. I particularly enjoyed the Sabich, it was incredibly flavourful but well balanced and fresh at the same time. The pita was so thick and fluffy as well. The meal was a beautiful blend of Mediterranean and middle eastern cuisine with a modern and creative twist. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful and the service was quick.
