Alaia Shen Honestly, this place is packed — like, you’ll probably have to wait, but the line moves pretty fast so it’s fine.
They use around 100kg of beef bones every day for the broth, and you can taste it right away, rich, clean, properly beefy.
I got the beef pho and my friend got the chicken pho. Both came out super hot, portions are decent, no cutting corners.
And yeah… they really do give you that giant beef bone on the side. I thought it’d just be for show, but the meat is actually tender and fun to eat.
Place is clean, organised, and the staff know what they’re doing even when the shop is full.
If you like pho and don’t mind a bit of a wait, this spot is worth it.
