4 /5 Caroline Patrick: Loved the vibe here. Went on a Saturday night. Service is a bit ordinary. We were waiting for a while for someone to take our order and eventually worked out we had to use the QR code (no had said that was the only way to order food). The food was good. I won’t say it’s the best Mexican I’ve ever had because it’s far from that. Don’t order the charred corn. It’s awful. Like frozen corn heated up. I’d go back and give it another go for the vibe.

4 /5 AnA: 100% best nachos Ive had in ages! Food was great, we ate until we couldnt move!! Small points off for (a) seating our table of 7 in a small dark/plain area behind the bar at a table that only sat 6 so 2 people had to squish & sit at pointy table corners, when for lunch there was absolutely no one sitting at the front of the bright colourful restaurant, (b) not acknowledging the birthday lady when booking was clearly made for a milestone birthday, dont expect anything free like a drink or dessert but service could of been happier & greeted the table so, (c) would be nice to have at least one mocktail or fancy non-alcoholic drink on the menu.

1 /5 Gee Gee: This was so bad it was almost comical. Naughty Norman might be more of a drinking venue but we made the mistake of coming in for a light dinner. We had the guac & chips which is normally a safe bet and fairly hard to mess up. Chips were warmed and fine but the guac had massive lumps and a few slivers of avocado skin. The Mac n cheese empanadas were the best dish but needed some seasoning and dipping sauce. Finally, the Philly cheese steak tacos were horrendous (see photos). The taco itself was chewy and almost stale while the blob of meat was tasteless and stodgy. It was placed prettily on a square of plastic cheese and melted with a little onion on top that was impossible to chew through. We did not finish the tacos as we didn’t think it safe. It’s rare that I’d leave such a cutting review online but it was almost like the chef had the day off (Sunday 17th March) and somebody off the street went to the kitchen to attempt to fill orders. We were so shocked we didn’t even give feedback as we didn’t want the food to be replaced, we just wanted to get the hell out of there. Bathrooms were also in a fairly sorry state. Would absolutely never return.
