3 /5 Tien Nguyen: Came here for Valentines day. Very packed. The vibe felt quite frantic actually. They generously gave away a free rose when asked. Food itself was OK. Green curry fried rice had an OK green curry flavour but couldve had a bit more oomph. The noodle dish we got (forgot the name) was tasty. I liked the consistency of the soup/gravy. The salted egg squid wasnt what we expected but flavour was OK. Might be better if it was battered. Pretty sure there was no additional charge for a take away box which is so rare nowadays. Big plus! Thai milk tea also very tasty. One of the better ones Ive tasted in Melb. One major negative... and Ill leave this up to interpretation too. We saw the lady manager address a table who had been given a the wrong dish. She took the dish from the table and appeared to walk to the front of the restaurant first instead of taking it straight back to the kitchen. It looked like she may have been trying to find the right table which is a huge no no if that was the case. Shouldve gone straight to the back and discarded it. Cant confirm her intention. In addition to this, workers were wiping tables with the same cloth over and over again, and tables were still wet and sticky after being wiped. Definitely didnt feel clean sitting at our table. So yeh... multiple reasons for us to question their hygiene standards. Overall not sure Id rush to come back.

5 /5 Sabriza Tauramoza: 2nd time coming here, ordered the pork skewers and khao soi grilled chicken, my partner got the bbq pork clear noodle soup and beer. food is absolutely excellent, taste and presentation wise. staff are very friendly and quick. food came out quickly too. 10/10 restaurant overall. highly recommend if youre looking for a quality restaurant in the burwood area.

4 /5 Choc Pudding: Went here twice, in general happy with this place. Staff are nice, place is so new and has modern but kinda cute and friendly vibe. Menu is so big, it was a bit hard to choose things, everything looked amazing, even the drinks. Their papaya salad was spicy and bitter when I had it. Also had their sukiyaki fried noodles and it was nice but spicy too. Salted egg squids were nice. Their minced pork was disappointing, it was not tasty, only salty but not enough fragrance Thai basil leaves. Their pad see ew was great, and unique in the way the noodles were all rolled up so they look like rice cakes. Beef fried rice was not bad. Red duck curry was nice too, so was the roti. The cloud Thai milk tea was nice, basically it was like cheese milk tea. Their hot chocolate thai milk tea was really cool to look at while pouring but it doesn’t work when the drink isnt hot anymore, all the chocolate was just clotting. But in general, portions are big and most foods and drinks are nice. Very happy with this new place in Burwood One that is quite different and trendy.

5 /5 Steve Wong: Tried PAI THAT and really enjoyed the dishes. The Barramundi Thai Salad was a standout — fish was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The Duck Red Curry was delicious and mild, very easy to enjoy. The Chicken Thai Salad/Chicken with Thai basil packed a great punch and had that classic Thai flavour. The only miss was the Char Grilled Squid Salad, which was a little bitter, but the waiter was super friendly and immediately offered a fresh serving — really appreciated the service. Overall, great food, great service. Would happily come back!

5 /5 Racheal: Great Thai spot at Burwood One! Tried their new lunch menu and everything was fresh, flavourful, and well-portioned. The char-grilled beef salad and soft-shell crab were standouts, and the drinks and desserts were really good too. The place was busy with a nice atmosphere — definitely worth coming back to try more dishes.
