5 /5 Tianshi_06: Had such a great experience at Penta Kebab and Souvlaki today! The place was super clean and had a really welcoming atmosphere. The food came out fresh and full of flavour, the meat was juicy and everything else was just perfect. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made the visit even better. You can tell they care about their customers. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re craving a good kebab or souvlaki!

From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. The floors, tables, and counter area were spotless, and everything looked fresh and organised. It immediately created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, making it a great place to sit down and enjoy a meal without feeling rushed or cramped. The food was absolutely delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and full of flavour. The kebab wrap was packed generously with fresh salad and sauces that balanced everything beautifully. The souvlaki was equally impressive, served hot and well-presented, with soft, fluffy bread and rich, authentic flavours. You can really taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients in every bite. What truly made the experience special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming. 5 /5 Will: this place is so good, i payed for 3 smalls and they gave us FOUR LARGES without extra cost! and not only is it cheap for the price, the service is good and its delicous! highly recomend the service here is so good best place around

1 /5 Ryan: I’m extremely disappointed with my visit to Penta Fresh Kebab on 1st of March. While we were dining inside, we saw a rat/mouse run across the floor near the seating area, close to where customers were eating. It wasn’t just a quick glimpse, it was clearly visible and caused immediate panic and discomfort. It completely ruined our meal. We lost our appetite and felt uneasy continuing to sit there. For a food establishment, this is deeply concerning and unacceptable. The presence of a rat or mouse inside the dining area raises serious concerns about cleanliness, food safety, and overall hygiene standards. Customers should not have to worry about health risks. I have called and reported to the local health authorities for further inspection. I suggest to the management to take immediate and thorough action to address this issue and ensure proper sanitation and pest control. Very upsetting, disappointing and disgusting experience...

3 /5 Justin Cass: I got a regular mixed HSP with cheese and the holy trinity. There were a few people before me, so the wait was about 10 minutes, which I didnt mind. The staff were friendly and the shop was very clean. The HSP itself though... the chips were freshly cooked, but the meat was a bit cold. The HSP was mainly filled with chips, and only a thin layer of meat over the top. For $23.95 with a can of drink, I expected a more generous meat to chip ratio. If there was more meat on it next time, I would return again. Overall, not too bad, but could improve.
